Scott Lewis, President

Scott Lewis is a 68 year old native of West Palm Beach, has two grown kids and four grandchildren, and who owns and manages a landscaping company with 40 full time employees. 

Scott graduated from Duke, was a former volunteer fire chief, is qualified as  Type III Incident Commander, and was the 5 year Chairman of the Westgate/Belvedere Road CRA.  He also was appointed as the PBC Fire Rescue Advisory Board Chair along with the PBC Expressway Advisory Board. 

In Georgia, he managed the creation of a 110 acre site for 55 residential lots with 2 miles of paved roads and underground utilities – in the mountains.. Finally, Scott founded The Eagles Wings Foundation in 1999, a public foundation which focuses on short term disaster relief.

Julie Logsdon, Treasurer

Julie Logsdon has worked for IBM for 20 years, where she handled global operations and services. After retiring from IBM, she started a small travel business planning vacations in unique international destinations while also managing several real estate investments. Julie is originally from Palm Beach County and has spent most of her career working in various locations across the United States and abroad. During her tenure with IBM, she had the opportunity to work around the world in destinations such as New York, Chicago, Japan, and France. Julie is based in Riviera Beach now and actively volunteers in the community.

Julie has a Bachelor's degree in Finance and a master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Finance from the University of Florida.

Leroy Kelson IV, Secretary

Leroy Kelson IV is an educator and change agent based in Riviera Beach, Florida. He currently works as a Public-School Administrator (Single School Culture Coordinator) for The School District of Palm Beach County, where he provides instructional leadership and support for teachers to improve classroom instruction and facilitate growth as highly effective educators. He also applies the principles and practices of Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) in academic intervention determination and student progress monitoring in the Response to Intervention (RtI) process. He is a member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. Kelson is also a member of the New Leaders Council Palm Beach and Leadership Florida (Education Class 8)

Before his current role, Leroy was the Dean of Students at Renaissance Charter School at Summit for three and a half years. He also has experience as a 2nd-grade teacher, where he created a classroom environment conducive to learning and provided appropriate activities to address student needs. Leroy holds a Master of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration, General, from the American College of Education, a Master's degree in Sport Management from the University of San Francisco, and a Bachelor's degree in Public Management from Florida Atlantic University.
